Very delicate pink. Spicy aroma of red grapefruit zest, ripe apple, pear and peach blossom. Lively acidity on the palate, sour cherry, grapefruit, later also peach, behind it a subtle herbal spiciness, supple and charming, medium length, fine aperitif.
