Clear, rich golden yellow. Opens with delicate notes of nutmeg, jasmine flower and pickled grapefruit peel. On the palate very well textured, initially with defined sweetness, on the finish and at the very end tangy notes. Still seems young and unintegrated, but has great ageing potential.
