Bright, intense orange-pink colour. On the nose nuances of red apples, peach, delicate hint of roasted malt, some cinchona bark, fresh walnuts. Juicy and fresh on the palate, with fine-grained, well-integrated mousse, then gently bitter and slightly phenolic in the echo, still a little young.
