Radiant, bright light gold with persistent mousse. Very ripe fruit nuances on the nose of apricots, yellow peach, banana and pineapple, with a bacony aftertaste. Fruity on the palate with a slightly smoky undertone, delicately salty, well structured, dry finish with a gentle aftertaste.
