Bright golden yellow with a shimmering core. Initially restrained on the nose, then opens up with fresh apricot, ripe quince and some lemongrass. Juicy on the tongue, with a fine fruit texture, full-bodied in weight, yet rich in finesse, with good tension and a long-lasting finish.
