Intense, bright light gold colour. On the nose nuances of canned peach, golden apple, some toasted hazelnut, sealing wax and candle wax, then a touch of citrus and elderflower cordial. On the palate offers nice juiciness and clear yellow fruit, as well as fine phenolics, the mousse is well-integrated, harmonious, medium length.
