Medium golden yellow. Natural on the nose with notes of apple, citrus fruit, herbs and mineral smokiness. Very balanced on the palate with beautiful breadth, ripe acidity and fruity and floral nuances. Shows mineral-salty nuances on the finish. Long finish.
