Golden yellow with greenish reflections. Intensely yeasty, smoky, but also with a fruity background (pineapple, sharon fruit, mandarin). The individual and idiosyncratic palate structure combines texture and intense substance, the mineral component dominates the finish - on the one hand tactile, but also aromatic with smoky, peppery aromas.
