Bright light golden yellow, silver reflections. Fine blossom honey, a breath of ripe quince, salted almond, buttery underlaid minerality. Juicy, ripe yellow tropical fruit, fine acidity structure, salty, dark granite savouriness, mouth-filling, delicate sweetness of ripe yellow fruit on the finish, full-bodied food wine.
