Light yellow in colour with green reflections, the wine flows lively into the glass. Mediterranean aromas of yellow fruit, aniseed, herbs and sea salt on the nose. Citrus and grapefruit on the palate, followed by hints of campfire ash, flint and salty savouriness. The structure is racy, trenchant, grainy and the wine has an animating dry finish.
