The white wine The Ned Pinot Gris, vintage 2013 from the winery Marisco Vineyards has been rated in 2014 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grauburgunder from the region Marlborough in New Zealand.
Pale yellow, brass reflections, salmon red reflections. Ripe yellow pear fruit, a hint of quince, a hint of caramel and honey, underlaid with delicate herbal spice. Medium complexity, full-bodied, white fruit, subtle fruit sweetness, elegant food companion, shows good length, harmonious and accessible.
