Eine Mischung aus von Hand und maschinell geernteten Früchten. Die von Hand geernteten Früchte wurden direkt als Bündel ins Fass gepresst, während die maschinell geernteten Trauben entrappt wurden und der Saft vor der Gärung noch stabilisiert wurde. Alle Bündel wurden jedoch in 500l französischen Eichenfässern kühl vergoren. Nach der Vergärung wurde der Wein noch weitere 9 Monate auf Weintrub in Fässern gealtert und dabei gelegentlich umgerührt, um Schwere, Komplexität und Mundgefühl aufzubauen. Während dieser Zeit erlebten circa 50% der Bündel eine natürliche malolaktische Vergärung. Ein eleganter Ausdruck eines kühl-klimatischen Chardonnays, der durch gelbe Zitrusfrüchte, geröstetem Eichenholz und einer nussigen Frische besticht. Der Wein ist eine komplexe Mischung aus Aromen, die zustande kommen durch eine Balance aus Elementen von Früchten und Eichenholz und einem weichen und feinstrukturierten Gaumen. Die fruchtige Säure und das Eichenholz Tannin geben dem Wein seine Struktur und Nachhaltigkeit.

Fragrant nose, yeasty notes such as toast, vanilla, light roasted notes, light smoke, tropical fruit, orange zest, light savouriness. Juicy fruit on the palate, creamy texture, well-integrated acidity, fine fresh mineral savouriness. Long on the palate, great food companion.
