Tasting Notes
Stronger salmon red, pronounced aroma of ripe strawberries and dried rose petals, apple, yellow fruit and tangerine peel. Powerful on the palate, juicy and grown-up, not a light summer wine, but a full-bodied wine with tannins, creamy texture and also power. The ripe acidity transports peach and red apple, savouriness and a hint of citrus round off the mouthfeel. More than just an aperitif.
