Rich, deep ruby with a slight violet sheen. Opens with hearty, earthy notes, lots of tobacco and black truffle, some dark chocolate, then also nice peppery notes. On the palate a lot of grippy, well-integrated tannin, hearty savoury notes, very individual profile, long finish.
