Tasting from 19.03.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brilliant, bright straw yellow with light green notes. Opens with appealing, fresh fruit notes, peach, some elderflower, fine savouriness. Still very young on the palate, fine yellow fruit notes, well-judged oak, a little rough on the finish, with some walnut.
