Tasting Notes
Bright yellow with golden reflections. Ripe fruit, yellow apple, delicate nuances of pear and some baby banana, fine roasted notes from the new wood, some caramel. Juicy, powerful texture, opulent, extract-sweet style, well-integrated tannins, fine acid structure, delicate grapefruit zest on the finish, peppery mineral aftertaste, lingers very well, pleasant wood spice on the finish. Full-bodied food companion.
