Tasting Notes
Dark ruby garnet with an opaque core and purple reflections and a touch of ochre on the rim. The nose is full of character with lots of dark, juicy berries and some pepper. The palate is complex, with fine savoury notes and lots of juicy fruit. Texturally very velvety thanks to tightly meshed tannins, this feels exciting. Finishes with a salty note alongside the core of soft fruit.
