Tasting Notes
Rich cherry red with purple reflections. Fragrant, multi-layered nose of dried purples, tobacco leaves and preserved cherries. Reminiscent of cedar wood and leaves on the finish. Balanced, finely-meshed tannins with great fruit on the palate. Great fun!
More about the tastingBright ruby red colour. Elegant and inviting nose, fine savouriness, ripe wild berries, fine earthy notes, iron, rich. Still somewhat young tannins on the palate give freshness, heartiness, and accessibility. It comes along in several phases and can develop well. Great second wine.
