Bright, rich ruby with a fine purple shimmer. Opens on the nose with rich, spicy notes, white pepper and cardamom, then lots of clear cassis fruit. Compact and dense on the palate, lots of rich, ripe fruit, opens with smooth, rich tannins, juicy, builds for a long time, sturdy on the finish.
