Tasting from 08.09.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Intense ruby purple with brightening on the rim. Dried purple flowers, milk chocolate, subtle notes of wild berries, light resin and precious wood on the nose. Polished on the palate, with drive and expressive fruit, certainly still needs time, but nicely textured, great first shot!
