Rich ruby red colour with a light brightening on the rim. Spicy nose of black pepper and fruity character of rich sour cherry, then slightly leathery with a touch of chocolate and coffee. Lots of ripe cherry on the palate, well-balanced, with fine-grained tannins and a long finish.
