The white wine Mofete Etna Bianco DOC, vintage 2019 from the winery Palmento Costanzo has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Carricante, Catarratto from the region Sicily in Italy.
Clear, light greenish yellow. Opens with a fragrant nose of lemon zest, some mirabelle plum, fine slate tones in the background. Lots of juicy fruit on the palate, precise and clear, shows good tension, salty finish.
