The red wine Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore DOC, vintage 2016 from the winery Paolo Cottini has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone Veronese, Rondinella from the region Veneto in Italy.
Dark and rich ruby red. Shows itself on the nose very fruity ripe raspberries, rich forest berries, some eucalyptus on the finish. On the palate balanced and clear, stretches out juicy and with fine texture, without frills, drinks very fine, a modern representative of its kind.
