Tasting from 04.11.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intense, rich ruby red colour. On the nose it is green, spicy and vegetal, with notes of bell peppers and beet, in addition savoury hints, horseradish root and raspberries, in the echo fine floral tones. Equally vegetal on the palate, with lots of floral hints, seems unbalanced overall and bold on the finish.
