Purple in colour. Emphatically fruity on the nose, with notes of raspberries and cherries, nuances of sloe and savoury hints. Beautiful fullness on the palate, lots of fruit again, but more dark berries, ripe acidity, grippy, still quite vivid tannins and a fruity, peppery finish. Will develop a little further.
