Rich, sparkling amber; emphatically dense and interwoven nose, of dried figs, chestnut honey, apricot jam, tea, ginger, inviting; surprising freshness on the palate, with lots of juicy acidity, balanced relationship between sweetness and acidity, lots of nutmeg in the finish, has bite.
