Tasting Notes
Light orange, slightly cloudy. Spicy nose of bitter orange, caraway, sea buckthorn, rancio, cigar ash and graphite. Only subtle fruit of dried apricot. Further hints of Hokkaido pumpkin, Assam tea and sorrel. Fine yeasty creaminess on the palate, moderately fresh acidity and distinctive tannins. Complex and tart on the finish, with pronounced tertiary notes.
