The red wine Dedicato a Walter IGT, vintage 2011 from the winery Poggio al Tesoro has been rated in 2015 with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cabernet Franc from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Rich, deep dark ruby with black core. Dense and concentrated on the nose, opens with rich spicy notes of celery, rosemary and oregano, then lots of blackberry and black currant. Dense and powerful on the palate, showing lots of ripe berry fruit at the start, then opens with dense, rich tannins, finishing with fine smoky and tobacco notes, rich drive.
