Dark ruby, deep core, purple reflections, delicate ochre rim brightening. Delicately savoury, dark berries, ripe plum, fine balsamic nuances, a hint of fig. Complex, juicy, elegant, fresh acidity, well-integrated tannins, mineral-salty finish, a powerful food companion.
