Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate ochre rim. Fine herbal savouriness, a hint of dried fruit, delicate hints of clove and nougat, candied orange zest. Powerful, notes of fig, some caramel, complex and dense, ripe tannins, chocolaty finish, shows length and maturity, a powerful food companion.
