Deep dark ruby colour, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate ochre rim brightening. Fresh liquorice, fine touch of wood, some cassis, attractive mineral bouquet. Powerful, savoury and elegant, extra sweet core, firm tannins, dark nougat on the finish, shows length, will benefit from further ageing in the bottle.
