Deep dark ruby garnet, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Ripe plums, some precious wood savouriness, a hint of bourbon vanilla, some caramel, hints of cassis. Juicy, firm, fine, supporting tannin structure, some blackberries on the finish, tobacco finish, certain ageing potential.
