Rich ruby red in colour with a bright rim. On the nose, aromas of thyme, lavender and clove, followed by ripe berries. The palate is ethereal, reminiscent of orange peel, balanced and creamy, with a juicy, saline undertone, has benefitted greatly from a little bottle age.
