It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Saxony in Germany.
Initially fruity aromas of yellow peach and greengage, with notes of liquorice followed by hints of yeast and almond. Hearty on the palate, with an almost austere acidity, a fresh, taut mousse and an intense, full-bodied, structured finish, clearly characterised by yeasty and savoury nuances and a subtle mineral touch.
