Medium greenish yellow in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, aromas of fine herbal spice, a touch of dried pear with yellow apple in the background. The juicy palate has nuanced ripe yellow stone fruits with creamy, nougat notes, it is rather loosely knit in the middle with subtle acidity and notes of peach and walnut on the lengthy, substantial finish. Has the potential for further ageing.
