Deg. June 2023. Still very closed on the nose, yeasty, leafy green. On the palate, the wine has a juicy, lively attack, the mousse is fine and creamy without needling the palate, restrained sweetness harmonises well with ripe acidity. A gastronomic Chardonnay sparkling wine with good ageing potential for development as it matures in the bottle.
