Tasting Notes
Dark ruby in colour with purple reflections and a delicate watery rim. On the nose, aromas of nougat, a touch of black olive, fine blackberry confit, ripe plum and subtle hints of orange zest. The complex, highly elegant palate has an ethereal savouriness, juicy, with fine acidity and a pronounced fruity texture. Mineral and persistent, with a long chocolatey finish that lasts for minutes, this wine has already reached a perfect maturity level.
