The red wine »Phyllit« Pinot Noir trocken, vintage 2014 from the winery solveigs has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Some roasted coffee, bay leaf, leather, herbal candy, also red berries. On the palate, the wine still has tight tannins, but they are smoothly embedded, ripe acidity and mineral notes enrich the somewhat denser than medium-weight construction.
More about the tastingIntense minerality on the nose, spicy nuances of slate to almost petroleum-like, with small red berries and cassis. On the palate still quite vital in acidity and tannins, dense, juicy on the finish with very good structure and good aromatic length.
