Aromas of fir shoot, sage candy, some dried meat, leather and juniper, and after aeration also mint. Juicy palate with mineral underpinnings, a subtle tannic note, almost filigree in construction, at the same time salty, appears very individual, with a subtle inner strength that comes across as unassuming and unpretentious. Style!
