The red wine »Cup«, vintage 2021 from the winery Son Prim has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the region Balearic Islands in Spain.
Very dark in colour with purple hues. Fresh fruity aroma, blueberry, sour cherry and some black pepper. Also violet candies. The wine is smooth and has powerful medium-grain tannins as a filler. The acidity starts off rather mild and only gains a bit more presence and dynamism on the juicy finish. A stylish, stylistically distinct wine with very good length.
