Deep crimson, delicate ochre reflections, broad and bright rim. Aromas of fine cherry, a touch of ripe plum, nougat, orange zest, balsamic nuances, and subtle hints of mint. Taut, elegant, fine tannins, very good complexity, mineral and persistent, refined food wine.
