Tasting Notes
Still youthful and yeasty, almost leeky and herbaceous. Opens only hesitantly. Creamy on the palate, Burgundy-like, with subtle (but well-supporting) acidity and only a small accent of sweetness, appears stylistically completely brushed against the grain, with a high extract content and unusually striking minerality, needs bottle ageing - and will benefit greatly from it.
