Tasting Notes
Hay and flint, mineral-influenced aroma. In the mouth with some power, silky texture, well-integrated acidity, with a lot of sapidity and structure, and finally again with mineral colouring behind the drive of the body.
More about the tastingYellow fruit (fresh apricot, ripe peach) and smoky notes on the nose, a typical shell limestone nose. Soft and creamy on the palate, but also kept in balance by taut extract, has volume and texture without losing the purist impression typical of the estate. Very good length, salty notes at the end.
More about the tastingFull-bodied and ripe nose with some marzipan, roasted nuts, ripe yellow fruit and pear. Powerful on the palate, developing a lot of structure, a strong wine with savoury acidity and texture, showing volume and the minerality of the site.
