Bright, elegant ruby red. Precise nose with aromas of elderberry and cassis, generous note of green bell pepper and a hint of ivy, in the echo there is cranberry confit and oak savouriness, very multilayered. Balanced on the palate, with great play between fruit, savouriness and tannin, also very juicy, anise on the finish, long and complex, very well done.
