The red wine Tenuta Regaleali Rosso del Conte Sicilia DOC, vintage 2018 from the winery Tasca d’Almerita has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Nero d’Avola, Perricone from the region Etna in Italy.
Intense, radiant ruby red with a brightening rim. Very appealing nose of raspberries, strawberries and cranberries, accompanied by lemon balm and cloves. Polished tannins on the palate, hearty fruit as it progresses, with plenty of savouriness and fruit flavours on the long, deep finish.
