The red wine Cavalli IGT, vintage 2013 from the winery Tenuta degli Dei has been rated in 2017 by Othmar Kiem with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Shimmering ruby with a purple glint. Aromas of lily flowers, then lots of elderberries, some watermelon. Fine interplay on the palate, lots of vivid, dark berry fruit. Opens with velvety dense tannin. A juicy freshness in the finish.
