Tasting Notes

Tasting from 13.02.2015

Rich, dense ruby in colour, with some bright purple. Very beautiful and dense on the nose with lots of blackberry, cassis and elderberries - all very rich and fleshy. There's a very nice mellowness to the juicy palate with plenty of round fruit that builds up over many layers, allied to a savoury component. Finishes long, with some tobacco notes.
