Tasting Notes

Tasting from 29.01.2010

Bright ruby purple in colour. Initially appears somewhat closed on the nose, then eventually opens up with notes of blackberries and dark cherries, with subtle chocolate tones in the background. Very juicy and full-bodied in the attack and on the palate, which builds up in a multi-layered way with waves of ripe cherry and fine sweet texture through to the long finish. Sourced from: Segnitz, Weyhe; Wein & Co.
