Rich, fleshy ruby with a slight purple shimmer. Cassis, plum and white pepper on the nose. Elegant palate, tightly woven tannin with juicy texture and very long. One for putting away for a few more years.
More about the tastingThis has a rich and bright ruby red colour. It has a lovely spicy nose, of elegant green bell pepper, gooseberry, cassis, and white pepper. It is elegant on the palate, with very tightly woven tannins, unfolding beautifully with a juicy texture, and it can and should still age a little.
