The red wine Lodovico Toscana IGT, vintage 2015 from the winery Tenuta di Biserno has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 97 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Bright ruby red with a slight garnet edge. Very incisive nose of sour cherries, blackberries and plums, underpinned by fine spice. Dense and grippy on the palate with firm but well-integrated tannins. Soft and richly textured with an explosion of savoury spice on the finish.
